CompactBone S. ist ein fortschrittliches, zuverlässiges und vollsynthetisches Knochenregenerationsmaterial. CompactBone S. verfügt über ein kontrolliertes Resorptionsprofil und hervorragende Anwendungseigenschaften. Die synthesebasierte, absolut homogene Zusammensetzung aus 60% langsam resorbierendem Hydroxylapatit und 40% beta-Tricalciumphosphat (ß-TCP) resultiert in zwei verschiedene mineralische Aktivitätsphasen: CompactBone S. unterstützt die Knochenneubildung und erhält gleichzeitig Volumen und mechanische Stabilität.
Die Osteokonduktivität von CompactBone S. wird durch ein optimiertes Matrixdesign interkonnektierender Poren bis zu 85%iger Porosität und Porengrößen von 200 bis 800μm erreicht. Die Makroporosität von CompactBone® S. ensures ideal osteogenetic cell growth and promotes maximum regeneration of vital bone. The microporosity ensures targeted penetration of blood, proteins and stem cells.
