Soft Tissue Graft
MucoMatrixX® is a natural, porcine type I/III collagen matrix that is produced in a multi-stage purification process without artificial, chemical cross-linking. It is very similar to the human collagen structure and serves as a guide for soft tissue cells and blood vessels.
The natural enzymatic process integrates MucoMatrixX® into the surrounding soft tissue. Due to the natural collagen structure, it is very well vascularized during the healing process and is naturally converted into connective tissue.
