Description

The PtIr structure enables the production of individualized structures by casting commercially available NEM alloys or high-melting alloys. The melting interval of PtIr (80/20) is between approx. 1815°C - 1850°C. The melting intervals of commercially available NEM alloys (CoCrMo alloys, NEM bonding alloys, high-melting bonding alloys, etc.) are between approx. 1000°C - 1400°C with a maximum casting temperature of at most 1600°C. The PTIR structures are available with or without hex.
